S7-GRAPH blocks are exported and imported as SimaticML, the XML TIA Portal itself uses. The AI can read steps, transitions and actions, and prepare changes you review before import.

GRAPH has no graphical editor in PLC Sidecar today. It is a round-trip, not a drawing tool.
