Project archive, block tree and libraries

In the app I want a project tree by groups and regions, document tabs and libraries of my own functions. And a project archive straight from the app.

Archiving: 8 of 8 tests passed after fixing four bugs — a timeout too short for a large project, a wrong archive file extension, a missing save before archiving, and a bug with the HMI device.

Also: project and region tree, tabs with block type, resizable panels, editable function libraries and the first edits in the FBD editor. Uncompiled blocks are compiled automatically before opening or comparing.
